Faulkner was and continues to be a professional dancer, choreographer and improviser. Currently in a graduate program in Motor Control, her approach is informed by cutting edge advances in neurobiology and motor science.

Emily has been teaching Alexander Technique since 1999, and has been dancing, teaching and choreographing in New York City for over 25 years.

Her unique approach to helping people with their posture, balance and coordination is the result of years of movement exploration combined with over 20 years experience teaching Alexander Technique to people from all walks of life, with a specialty in dance and movement.

Her teaching methods are highly influenced by cutting edge advances in neuro-biology.
